Hangars are
available for lease-sale or for rent. The 42'-foot T-hangars
and box-shaped hangars have
electric bi-fold doors, fully insulated, steel construction,
concrete floors, lighting, natural gas, telephone and 110 and 220 power.
Most of the hangars are sheet-rocked, taped and painted.
The last row (north row) of hangars are going to be 60' wide by
50' deep with Horton stack doors in front but also with a 12 x
12 garage door in the back for items such as an extra car, boat,
etc. This north row will be the last of the hangars as the
airport will be full when those are finished. One-half of this
last row was finished in March, 2007. The last building will be
built after the economy turns around.
